The Charlotte Tilbury After Hours Look is quite possibly one of the most perfect gifts you could give a makeup lover this year … or to ask Santa for yourself. Let’s face it, who doesn’t want a bit of Tilbs under their tree?
The Hourglass Ambient Light Edit Unlocked had been on my lust list for a while. When it was first launched, I talked myself out of it by reminding myself that I still had other Hourglass palettes that I hadn’t even hit pan on and that I didn’t need this. Then we saw it in Selfridges and I fell in love, but I couldn’t afford it that day, so I tried to put it out of my mind.
What girl doesn’t love beauty stocking fillers? I so wish they’d had things like this when I was younger. To be fair to my Mum, my stockings were always great when I was a kid. There were never cheap little bits of nothing in mine … oh no, my Mum would stuff in a Barbie, accessories, and lots of chocolate. These days, I like cute little beauty gifts in my stocking. I am giving away some of the items in this post over on my Instagram page, so head on over to enter.
When the Too Faced Gingerbread Spice palette was first launched, I almost managed to convince myself that I didn’t want it or need it … almost. Then the more photos that I saw of it, the more I started to want it. Now I have an obscene amount of eyeshadow palettes and really shouldn’t have been lusting after another, but what can I say? I’m weak. Thankfully Mick bought me it for my birthday and I am so glad that he did as it is just gorgeous.
Ok, I didn’t need these, and I think I probably already have a couple of the shades, but how was I supposed to resist the MAC Shiny Pretty Things Mini Pigments set? I mean I have willpower but not that much so they kind of fell into my basket and I’m not even sorry.
