Nothing beats a good old pamper. I love running a hot bath, lighting some candles and whacking a face mask on … and now I have 3 new favourite masks to use. I am not morally a fan of L’Oreal skincare, but their new L’Oreal Pure Clay masks are just so good.
Each mask contains a powerful blend of three different pure clays:
KAOLIN – to absorb any excess sebum and impurities
GHASSOUL – to clarify the skin
MONTMORILLONITE – to eliminate imperfections
They also have a unique natural ingredient to help you unmask your most beautiful skin.
L’OREAL PURE CLAY PURITY MASK
The Purity mask contains Eucalyptus which is known for its purifying properties. The creamy mask works deep down into the pores to leave oily, shiny skin feeling purified and looking more matte without leaving it feeling dried out.
L’OREAL PURE CLAY DETOX MASK
The Detox mask contains Charcoal that acts like a magnet to draw out any impurities. It detoxifies the skin’s surface and works deep into the pores to clarify congested skin.
L’OREAL PURE CLAY GLOW MASK
The Glow mask contains Red Algae which is known for it’s brightening properties. It contains finely milled apricot seeds which creates a beaded, creamy texture. The seeds gently exfoliate dull and uneven skin to reveal the skin’s natural glow.
You can use the masks on their own, or you can multi-mask. You apply a bit of each mask to the area that you want to target for your own bespoke skincare routine. I like to mix it up and try different combinations each time and I have found that applying the masks with a flat foundation brush is a lot less messy!
I have been using these masks for a few weeks now and I am noticing an improvement in my skin. Plus, it sort of feels like face paint and is quite fun.
The masks are currently on offer at Boots for £5.00 each.
