Spring has sprung which means Instagram is full of pretty shots of blossom, so it’s fitting that Jo Malone have revamped their Blossom scents and I have Plum Blossom to share with you today.
When I first saw these colognes last year I had total FOMO and needed them, but they’re limited edition and I missed the boat. Thankfully the Blossom Girls are back and they’ve got a fresh new look. The labels are almost neon although my camera totally failed to pick this up.
The Blossom Girls are a trio of fresh and fun florals that are full of the joys of spring. After the winter that we’ve had I can’t think of anything better. The scents available are:
Sakura Cherry Blossom
Now that the weather is getting warmer (it’s actually hot today), I want to wear fresher scents and I am partial to a floral at this time of year. I’ve already been through my Jo Malone collection and picked out the colognes I like to wear in spring and summer and I can see Plum Blossom fitting in perfectly. I’m not going to lie, I’d quite like all three but I’m more than happy with the one that I have.
A blooming Blossom Girl.
Cerise splashes of plum blossom. Fresh with yellow plums.
Billowing on a background of clean white musk.
Soft. Juicy. Blooming.
Plum Blossom is a very pretty scent and I love how you get the femininity from the plum blossom along with the crisp freshness of the yellow plums and musk, plus it contains Jasmine and I love Jasmine, so it’s definitely a winner with me. It’s long-wearing and distinctive without being over-powering.
Jo Malone do such beautiful florals and this is no exception. I’m actually more than a little bit obsessed with it and if I get the chance I will definitely need to pick the others up as this one has blown me away.
Plum Blossom and the other Blossom Girls are available this month from the Jo Malone site and cost £95.00 each for a 100ml bottle. Grab them whilst you can.
You can also check out my review of Jo Malone Jasmine Sambac and Marigold, which is another scent you’re going to love.
On a little side note, I’m aware that I’m not posting much at the moment, so please bear with me. I’m extremely busy and I’d rather post quality over quantity. Mick has the week off so I can’t promise any other posts this week, but life is for living and I’m not going to turn down the chance of time with my fiance. Thankyou for understanding xx.
