The Glossybox Floral Edit is April’s box and it is a beauty. There is also a Fruity Edit that also looks lovely but I was sent the Floral version. From the beautifully designed box to the selection of goodies inside, Glossybox have done well this month.
It really feels like Spring has exploded all over this box and its contents and I’m living for it. It’s impossible to be in a bad mood when you see the vibrant design of the box and I can’t wait to show you what is inside.
I bloody love Soaper Duper and I already have the body wash to go with this body butter. If you’ve never tried their products then you need to as they’re gorgeous.
The body butter contains 97% naturally derived ingredients including shea butter to nourish and macadamia oil to moisturise. They’re 100% vegan cruelty free and are free from colours, parabens and mineral oils. You will love how hydrating and nourishing this butter feels on the skin. I’ve been using Soaper Duper Body Butters for quite a while and every time my skin feels hydrated with a lovely scent.
Fun fact – Dr. Paw Paw was one of the first brands I worked with when I started blogging four years ago. I love their balms, and this one is hot pink so you already know that I’m sold.
You can use it as a lip balm or even as a blush, and it leaves you with a simple but gorgeous touch of colour. It contains moisturising pawpaw fruit and leaves the lips feeling nourished and hydrated. This has the same fruity formula as the original balm and I really like the the flush of pink it gives.
I am a big fan of the oils from Dr. Botanicals and I’d been seeing this sleeping mask on Instagram quite a lot. I’m so pleased I finally get to try it out.
The mask is rich in pomegranate and energises and refreshes your complexion whilst you sleep. I’ve found it to be really hydrating on the skin as well as nourishing and love how my skin feels. Products that work whilst I’m getting my beauty sleep always please me as I love waking up with a brighter, more refreshed complexion.
Putting perfumes in the box is always a bit of a risk as it is such a personal preference when it comes to scent, but my eye was instantly drawn in by the pretty bottle.
If you like woody and floral scents then you might just like this. With notes of rose, cedar wood, lily, freesia and amber, it really does smell nice. For me, I am very fussy with fragrance and have admittedly been using this as a room spray. That’s not to say it isn’t a nice perfume because it is and the bottle is beautiful.
I’ve loved Original Source for many years – their mint shower gel is an all time favourite. This Water Infusions gel looks very pretty and smells like a dream.
It is hydrating and infused with vitamins, antioxidants and ingredients to moisturise and nourish your skin, as well as detoxifying. I’ve found that it lathers up nicely and I really love the scent. It doesn’t beat my love for the mint (I don”t think anything will), but it’s definitely a close second.
I’ve recently really gotten into hair masks and like to use one at least once a week as part of my pamper session. They’re great if your hair is in need or repair or some TLC.
This mask nourishes dry and damaged hair and is deeply conditioning. It contains organ oil to boost the hydration and liven up dull hair, as well as chia seeds to add protection. My hair is coloured and has been for years and even though I’m trying to grow it out, there’s still some dryness to my locks. I did notice a difference after using this and would definitely use it again.
