Another day another gift set, but tis the season and today we have the Glamglow Multitasking Gift Set. If you have a skincare lover to buy for then this is a great set. I actually don’t know what I will do when all the gift sets leave the shops … Christmas and all the goodies available make me happy.
With 6 different masks that each do a different job, this set has everything that you need to get your skin in tip top condition. I am partial to some of the Glamgldw masks (I’ll pass on the glitter one), and this is a great way to get to try a variety of them without splurging on the full size pots.
Supermud Clearing Treatment
This was the first Glamglow mask I ever tried. It contains Activated-X Charcoal and works to mattify the skin, draw out dirt, oil and impurities, and leave your pores looking more refined. You can also use it as a spot treatment, which is great if you suffer from sensitive skin and don’t want to put it all over your face. If you have oilier skin, this is a great mask and I like to use this when I feel a breakout is coming.
Youthmud Tinglexfoliate Treatment
I do have the full size version of this as I’m a bit obsessed with exfoliating my skin at the moment. The mask gently exfoliates the face whilst leaving your complexion looking brighter, smoother and softer. It works for all skin types and I like to use this once a week or whenever my skin texture starts to feel really rough.
Gravitymud Firming Treatment
This is another mask that I’ve been using over the past few months, so it’s a great addition to the gift set. It is a peel off mask that leaves your skin feeling firmer and as though it has been lifted. You do also look like the Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz when you put this on as it is silver. It contains Marshmallow and Liquorice Leaf and can be used on your neck and décolletage too.
Thirstymud Hydrating Treatment
If the cold weather is leaving you with dry skin, then this is the one for you. Hyaluronic acid and citric acid work together to leave your skin feeling hydrated whilst the other ingredients leave your complexion looking radiant and conditioned. I hadn’t tried this one before but now I love it and need to get the full size.
Flashmud Brightening Treatment
Again, this is one I hadn’t tried before and I really like it. I hate having dull skin, so brightening products always appeal to me. It contains multi-brightening complexes to leave your complexion looking luminous and radiant. White Birch Leaf balances your skin tone and a whole host of ingredients work on exfoliating and brightening.
Powermud Dual Cleanse Treatment
I hadn’t thought of using a Glamglow mask to remove makeup and cleanse the skin, but that’s what Powermud does. It contains 4 types of clay, prickly pear oil and velvet leaf to thoroughly cleanse the skin and leave it feeling fresh, clean and super smooth. I enjoyed using this but I do still prefer my more traditional cleansers.
The Glamglow Multimasking Gift Set costs £29.00 and I bought mine from ASOS.
