Synthetic Brushes From Crown Brush *

Crown Brush

Morning Bunnies!

Crown Brush are a brand that I have seen knocking around on social media for a while, and I had always fancied trying out their brushes (and some of their makeup looks gorgeous), but I had never gotten around to actually buying them – it’s not my fault, there’s just a LOT of products that I have to buy.  However, the lovely folks over at Crown Brush have sent me a selection of their synthetic brushes to try and they are so lovely and soft.  I can sometimes be a little bit wary of synthetic brushes, but these have exceeded my expectations.

Crown Brush

SS024 SYNTHO PRECISION POWDER BRUSH – £14.19 – I love powder brushes, and this one has such soft bristles that help you to achieve a lovely, even, flawless finish.  It is ideal for sweeping mineral and pressed powders across the face and the tapered head is perfect for reaching all the crevices of the face.

SS013 DELUXE ANGLE BLUSH BRUSH – £9.99 – angled brushes are some of my favourites and the ones I reach for the most when it comes to bronzer.  This has been designed to accentuate the bone structure of the face and is ideal for sweeping blushers and bronzers across the natural contours of the face.

Crown Brush

SS003 DELUXE MEDIUM OVAL FOUNDATION BRUSH – £8.49 – I am not the biggest fan of flat foundation brushes (I prefer to use mine for applying face masks), but I have been using this with cream based products.  The synthetic bristles are gentle, fine, light and flexible and they pick up the product really well.  I will always prefer a different style of brush for foundation application, but if you do like flat brushes, then this is a really nice one.

Crown Brush

SS032 POINTED BLENDER BRUSH – £10.59 – I think this has to be my favourite of the brushes that I was sent.  It is perfect for a wide variety of uses, such as foundation, concealer, contouring and highlighting, which is my preferred use for it.

Crown Brush

SS020 SYNTHO PRECISION CREASE BRUSH – £4.79 – I love a good crease brush and this is great.  It is designed to soften and smoke out eyeshadow lines, as well as softening pencil liners along the lash lines.  It is also really good for using with highlight on the inner corners of the eyes and along the brow bone.

Crown Brush

SS031 DELUXE OVAL LIP BRUSH – £2.99 – I don’t tend to use lip brushes very often, even though it would probably make my lipstick application a lot neater.  This has soft, flat, tapered, synthetic bristles that apply your lip products beautifully.

Crown Brush

SS006 DELUXE ANGLE LINER BRUSH – £2.99 – I use angled liner brushes for my eyebrows far more than I actually use them for eyeliner, as they are the perfect shape to fill in your brows.  The bristles are firm and nicely angled, making this a great brush for liquid, cream and powder products.

I am really impressed with the quality of these brushes and would definitely buy more.  They’re so soft and do the job perfectly – without breaking the bank.  I’m now off to decide which of their makeup products I need in my collection.
