Pixi Beauty are a brand I love. Not only are their products so lovely, they also treat bloggers so well. PR packages from them are a regular occurrence (believe me, I’ve a few Pixi posts to write), but this one blew me away. They recently collaborated with some influencers, and now I get to try the key pieces. Bunnies, I was excited as hell when I opened up this parcel.
PIXI BEAUTY – ITSEYETIME – £28.00
ItsEyeTime is Pixi Beauty’s palette in collaboration with Judy from Itsjudytime. The palette contains 12 eyeshadows that are designed to be suitable for both day and night wear. It’s a warm toned palette and the shadows are all soft and silky, although I did find there to be a lot of kick back. I like how pigmented they are and they are extremely blendable – I’d just make sure you use this before applying your base. Judy recommends using your finger to pack colour onto the lid, and I did find this better than using a brush.

PIXI BEAUTY – STROBE & BRONZE – £24.00
A highlight / bronzing palette is always going to be a winner and Maryam Maquillage has pulled it out of the bag. There are 3 highlight shades and 3 bronzed shades designed to add luminosity and natural definition to the face. The mineral powders are sheer yet buildable as well as having nice pigmentation and a gorgeous formula. Each shade is smooth and buttery although there is some fallout. Your makeup will stay on point all day as these don’t fade and I absolutely love them.

PIXI BEAUTY GLOW-Y POWDER IN ROME ROSE – £14.00
Highlight and blush are two of my favourite things and Aspynovard has come up with the perfect hybrid. There are 3 shades available and the mineral powders add both a luminous effect and sheer soft colour. You literally get the best of both worlds. I really love the texture of this as it’s velvety and silky soft and feels amazing on the skin. You can build the coverage and blend it out and I’m a little obsessed with this.
ROME ROSE – peachy rose shimmer
PIXI BEAUTY – DOUBLE CLEANSE – £24.00
When skincare goddess Caroline Hirons creates a cleanser, you know it will be a good one. There’s a full review here, but I’ll give you the lowdown. Double Cleanse is a 2-in-1 cleanser with a solid cleansing oil on one side and a luxe cleansing cream on the other. With ingredients such as Vitamin E to protect and condition, Evening Primrose Oil to heal and moisturise and Vitamin C to promote collagen, this is amazing. I’ve been using this since it was launched and I swear by it in the evenings.
On the days when I’ve plastered my face in makeup, this is a lifesaver. Double cleansing is something I do regardless of the products I’m using, but this is handy having it in one pot. The oil melts through the makeup and the cream is so luxurious on the skin.
PIXI BEAUTY – GLOW TONIC – £10.00
Glow Tonic is one of those products that I rave about and recommend to everyone. This is so much more than just a toner – it gently exfoliates, brightens, smooths and tones the skin. It contains 5% glycol acid, aloe vera, ginseng and botanical extracts. If you like a glow to your complexion, then this is for you. I love how it brightens my dull complexion and you really do notice how much smoother your skin feels after using.
My house is full of bottles of Glow Tonic in every size available. Even on the days where I’m being really lazy with my skincare, I still make sure to use this morning and night. I’ve barely touched any other toners since I started using this.
