Improve Your Complexion With Caudalie *

Caudalie

Hello Bunnies!

I’ve tried the occasional product from Caudalie, so when they kindly sent me some goodies to try, I was excited.  My skin can be problematic – with dryness and signs of ageing, so I was keen to see if these would make a difference.

The majority of the products are from the Vine (Activ) range and if you are concerned about ageing then you need to give these a try.

Live your life to the fullest!  Vine (Activ) helps your skin to combat the effects of your hectic lifestyle and initial signs of ageing.

Mathilde Thomas – Caudalie founder.

Hyaluronic Acid: moisturises and plumps

Polyphenols: anti-oxidants and anti-wrinkle

Vitamin C: anti-oxidant

Caudalie

Glow Activating Wrinkle Serum (£36.00):  After cleansing, I love to use a serum and one that involves the word ‘Glow’ in it’s name was made for me.  I hate my skin looking dull so I tend to choose products that add radiance, so this is ideal.  Wrinkles are starting to appear and it’s my mission to keep them looking manageable for as long as possible.  No-one wants to look like a Shar Pei after all.

Caudalie have created a beautiful serum here, with a nice light, hydrating formula.  It is designed to help protect the skin from aggressors thanks to the anti-oxidant polyphenols.  I have been using this in the morning and just before bed, and I am definitely noticing a difference.  My skin has a natural glow and the wrinkles that are appearing do look less visible.

Caudalie

Energising & Smoothing Eye Cream (£27.50): Next, I have been using the Eye Cream and again, it is so good. It is so gentle to use and feels so soothing, especially first thing in the morning.  It gives your eyes a more refreshed look, and helps you to look more awake than you feel.

I suffer badly from dark circles and they are starting to appear reduced – thankfully!  If it could just help bring down the puffiness a bit more it would be perfect.  You can also use it to smooth the lip contour, so it’s multi-purpose.

Caudalie

Overnight Detox Oil (£30.00):  I’m loving using facial oils at the moment, and this is a joy to use.  I use a couple of drops before I moisturise and it’s making a huge difference to how my skin feels.  I like products that work whilst I sleep and I’m loving waking up to super soft and smooth skin.

It is designed to combat stress, pollution, UVs and free radicals and leaves your skin feeling detoxified. It also works to promote cellular renewal and to eliminate toxins.  My complexion looks so much clearer since I’ve been using this.  It is one of the nicest products I have tried so far this year.

The oil is infused with:

grape seed – antioxidant

rose hip – regenerating

neroli – purifying

lavender – soothing

carrot oils – detoxifying

Caudalie

3-in-1 Moisturizer (£32.00):  This moisturiser is designed for use in the morning and at night, although I have just been using it at night.  I have found this so nice to use and would highly recommend it.  It has a lightweight formula that absorbs quickly into the skin without any stickiness.

It definitely helps to smooth out wrinkles and adds a glow to the skin.  Since using this, I’ve noticed my skin feels so much smoother.  The moisturiser has been formulated to limit the number of pollutant particles that are deposited onto the skin.  Seriously, this is such a gorgeous product … well done Caudalie!

Caudalie

Beauty Elixir (£32.50):  Where has this been all my life?  It is inspired by the ‘elixir of youth’ and it is so good I don’t even have the words. This truly is a multi-purpose product with a number of different uses.  You can use this to set your makeup, to help smooth away lines, to tighten the pores or just to refresh the complexion when needed.

You need to give it a good shake, as it does contain oil, but this will be your best beauty friend.  I love how this feels on the skin and on hot days, it is a Godsend.

Ingredients include:

grape

orange blossom

rose

organic balm mint

rosemary

Grape Water (£10.00): Just when I thought that I couldn’t love the Beauty Elixir more, Caudalie then sent me their Grape Water.  This is a soothing, moisturising mist made from 100% organic grapes, and it teams up with the Beauty Elixir like a dream.  You can use it alone though if you want to.

With the weather being so hot and humid, this is ideal.  It is so refreshing and if you keep it in the fridge, then you’ll soon cool down and feel refreshed.  There’s also a smaller limited edition version available (£10.00).

I am definitely a Caudalie convert – which product do I need to try next?
