Cloud 9 Skin Solutions are clever little devils. They know that whilst we sleep, our skin works hard to repair itself. We all know to use night cream, but how many of us have considered a face mask for bedtime? I was a bit sceptical when this first arrived, but I’ve been using it for 3 months now and I’ve been won over.
Good Night is a deep nourishing sleep mask that works whilst you sleep to nourish, moisturise and prevent the skin from fine lines and wrinkles. I like skincare that does it’s job whilst I’m asleep – 8 hours of sleep might as well be put to good use.
I’m both obsessed and paranoid about wrinkles. I hate looking in the mirror and seeing how I am starting to age. The deepening lines of my forehead seem to mock me each morning but a girl can’t afford Botox at the moment. Seriously, have you seen how much that costs? Now I know there’s a lot of products that claim to deal with your wrinkles and lines and let’s face it, not all of them work, so I’ve been putting this through it’s paces for so long. I wanted to get a good feel for it before I wrote about it.
Good Night is rich in Vitamins A, B12 and E to help aid the skin’s renewal process. It works to gently nurture and moisturise the skin as you sleep. There’s also avocado oil that is high in antioxidants to soothe the skin and leave you with a healthy looking radiance. The best part for me is that it helps to restore the skin’s collagen and work to prevent those dreaded fine lines and wrinkles.
I often get dry patches on my cheeks and around my nose and they annoy the crap out of me. Thankfully, Good Night leaves this greatly reduced and feeling a lot more hydrated. When I wake up in the morning, my complexion is noticeably brighter with a healthy glow to it. The mask also contains regenerated DNA and RNA, as well as antioxidants. Your skin will feel and look repaired and renewed.
I don’t use this mask every night – I find once or twice a week is enough. Apply a thin layer to dry skin after cleaning and you’ll wake up with healthier looking skin.
Cloud 9 Good Night retails for £35.00, and is available here.
